Hi, I’m Allie.

I have been a leadership educator, facilitator, and mentor for over 15 years .

I LIVE to cultivate personal and social transformation.

I’m here to help you show up to your life.

When it comes to meaningful life transformations, I’ve studied the principles, got the degrees, completed the certifications - and experienced what it feels like myself.

After years of equating my self-worth with external accomplishments led me to extreme burn out and breakdowns, I turned inward reconnect with myself and my purpose, choosing a different way.

Through my education and personal experience, I’ve learned that it’s a balance of deep listening to our inner knowing and consistent, compassionate action that allows sustainable change to take place.

I am a mother, doula, and soul tender with a deep reverence for poetry. In my work, Mary Oliver’s line from Wild Geese has become a north star.

What occurs for you when you read these famed words?

At the beginning of my journey, the dissonance between the life I wanted and was living was palpable. Hearing this poem revealed weight and constriction in my chest and emptiness and longing in the pit of my stomach. It was these sensations that sent me seeking something more.

I remember wondering, “If I’m so clear on what I want in my life, what is keeping me from getting there?”

“I can see the ways in which I’m stuck, yet no matter what I try, I can’t seem to move through it!”

Perhaps to some this is a cheesy adage, but I’ve since learned that seeing is one thing and believing is another. And a step further - awareness is one thing and embodied action is another.

Changing our habits only goes so far. Often the challenges we experience are related to what is happening at a deeper level. Uncovering and tending to our emotions and beliefs under the surface is where we truly experience transformation and the dissipation of stuck energy.

How do we do this?

With skillful, compassionate support and guidance.

I am here to accompany you on your journey to deeper self-discovery. As we travel inward, we are not only releasing what is stuck, we are also accessing the energy within us that makes us alive.

When we make decisions, form relationships and take action from this place, we are unstoppable. We live our one wild & precious life to the fullest - in alignment with our deepest truths.
